PLC SIM, simulator crashing

Sajeesh Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Dear experts, I have Windows - 7 enterprise edition and installed STEP 7 - 5.5 - Wincc flex-2008-SP3 with simulator PLC SIM - V5.4+SP5+Upd2. Untill a week before everything was fine but when I tried to open simulator today it is just starting and closing automatically by Win-7 with a error message of PLC simulation view has stopped working. Attached the error message. Thanks in adavance for your advice to solve this problem. I tried to reinstall/modify/repair the program witht the installation but no change!! Sreehari Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Thanks for this concern. In my case it was due to AD migration. Post migration to new domain i had only partial admin rights. Run SIMATIC MANAGER in Run as Administrator and check the same. It works. Reason behind this is the partial admin rights. You have to either get the complete admin rights or Run the application in Run as Admin mode.
