WinCC12 Pro - User Logins /Passwords function

WINCC12USER Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Hi, I am trying to create user logins and password for my project and running into problems. I have created a Text list with the usernames. On my screen I have several buttons with allow the user to select which user they want to login with. When they click the button, it opens my custom onscreen keyboard and passes the UserIndex (to select which user they want contained in the textlist). After the user enters the password using the keyboard, I have a Login/Enter button. I am unable to find any system function that allows it to pass my Username and Password (which is stored in a text field on the screen) I tried VB Script using "Logon password tag, user tag. " function but says that is unavailable in this HMI device. Is there any way to pass this password and usernametologin (match with my preset users in the User administration settings) ?? I would need it to be enable security for my HMI screens. Thank you in advance Using WinCC Pro 12 (Simatic PC Station)

WINCC12USER Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Thanks, It appears I would use some dynamic login to bypass the Login Dialog to turn on a tag with then Logs in . Question remains how would I check if the password is correct / match with the settings in User Administration. Or by using dynamic login this method justbypassesthis and just looks at one HMI tag if its high (which appears the case using the Chip card example)
