Error on uploading the pgm of s7 200

jimshad Posts: 30 Rating: (0)	Hi all, When I tried to upload the program of S7 200 ( CPU 224), system block is uploading and when program block is uploading 100% the Micro Win Software exits automatically. First I thought that virus problem and I tried with another PG, still same is happening.I can upload the programs of other CPU( same series) with two PGs. What would be the problem?. Please help me in this regard Regards, Jimshad

Are you getting any pop up window with error before exiting from Microwin Software? if yes , please post the screen shot.

Or even if fault inside cable.. maybe. I would like to know (not that I say it will help).. * does the PLC work correctly at this moment. * Windows version * Microwin version * program cable used * USB serial converter used (if any) Then also.. * what happens when trying to upload program only? * does experience change when using other cable? * does experience change when RUN/TERM/STOP switch set to STOP. I wonder what will happen when doing a PLC clear. I follow this post with interest. w

I changed language to Chinese as all the items was supplied by them. Still same thing happening. When program block uploaging reaches to 100 it is automatically existing! !!!!!

(unless someone worked out a funcky way to protect the PLC coding [wink]) Before we jump into the deep end though.. Jimshad, could you please confirm.. * does the PLC comes from China (see above description) * does the PLC work inside the machine Just maybe something flows from this. If all else fails we can try a PLC clear -- but then you have no copy of the program. Sorry buddy. w
