I have an application with WinCC Flex 2008 SP3 on which I need to change the color of a "Bar object" according to a calculated value in a script of two external PLC variables. I created a script as follows: ------------------------------------------- Dim Aux1, Aux2 Aux1 = CInt (SmartTags ("DB10_DBD8")) 'Real value Aux2 = CInt ((Aux1 / SmartTags ("DB10_DBW12")) * 100) 'Integer value SmartTags ("INTERN\Result") = Aux2 'Integer value in which: Aux1, Ax2 >> Local script variables DB10_DBD8, DB10_DBW12 >> external PLC variables Result >> internal variable ------------------------------------------- This script is called by the "Change value" of a external PLC tag, e.g. M1.5 (500ms clock flag), ie, the script runs every change in value of M1.5. The variable "Result" is used in Animations>Appearance (integer type) of the "Bar object". Done all that, the application does not work. Could anyone guide me where is my mistake, please ? tks.

I read the link, but my application seems to be a little different from the information shown in tip # 1. The script is being called by the change in value (Change Value Event) of a External variable linked to the PLC (memory M1.5). Then inside the script I use two more External variables (PLC) for calculus and as a result one Internal variable (Result). This variable "Result" I use to change colors (function Appearance) in a Bar object. Am I missing something ? tks.

I saw you make a multiplication, check if there is any number multiplied by zero.

I saw you make a multiplication, check if there is any number multiplied by zero. Hi. I did an example application similar what I need. Please, see the attached file. It's not working... Sorry, I made the changesuggested, but still nothing happens. The display remains to 0 and the colors do not change. Was made some other change in the tags or script that I sent ? regards.
