Hi,

Im trying to control what data will appear in my trends graph via "item visible" property under control properties of my trend graph. I have three datas to show and i need to be able to show/hide each individually. So i can opt to show 1, 2 or 3 data trends at the same time. The problem is, when i try to dynamize one trend via "item visible", under control properties, the same settings apply to all trends. For example, if i set one trend to show when bit0 is equal to 1 (this trend is index 1), the same settings apply to the other trends (index 0 and index 2).

Can anyone help me on this matter? Thanks in advance! :D

Also, could this be solved without using any scripts?

thanks for the reply! i tried your code at first but it did not work. But it gave me an idea as to how to do it. i switched to c language and now it works.! :D

I got the same problem. I have one trend window, configured with 14 different trends which are attached to different tags archives. I have 14 buttons. I want to configure them as when i press button one it should display trend 1 only in my trend window. Do you know how i can do it?? your help will be appreciated.

 Hi you should hide all the Trends and display only the one corresponding to the button pressed.

for example,  for the first button

int index =0;

for(index=0; index<=13;index++)

{

SetPropWord ( lpszPictureName, "TrendObject", "TrendIndex", index);

SetPropBOOL(lpszPictureName, "TrendObject", "TrendVisible", FALSE);

}

//now make only first trend visible.

SetPropWord ( lpszPictureName, "TrendObject", "TrendIndex", 0);

SetPropBOOL(lpszPictureName, "TrendObject", "TrendVisible", TRUE);

for next buttons button use 1,2,3,4,5,6 ....... in the following line instead of 0

SetPropWord ( lpszPictureName, "TrendObject", "TrendIndex", 0);

 Thank you so much for replying. But I more familliar with vbs instead of C especially for wincc. Can you please give this code in vbs or either can you just let me know which parameters i need to change in my code. so far i copied your code in my button's c code trigger. I changed "TrendObject" to my object name but do i need to change PictureName too?
