Cannot connect via Smart Access

ostarated Posts: 17 Rating: (0)	We have a Microbox IPC427C. When we use Smart access to connect remotely via the internet we eventually get the following message in the browser and the only resolution so far is to restart the Microbox which means shutting down the process. New connections disabled The requested resource is too busy to accept further incoming connections. WinCC Flexible is 2008 SP2 update13. Are there some settings to prevent or clear this issue? Thanks
