depending on the volume of orders, the duration of downloads varies. At the moment, there are some very large orders, which makes it impossible to give a completion time. But don't worry: Your issue has been forwarded to the service team and the orders are still being processed in the background. As soon as I get a feedback from the service team I will inform you.
