My company have cnc milling machine sinumeric base line 802c.Now it show alarm:700000,I already read manual it alarm is: user alarm assign.i can not resset alarm and machine can not working.

please help me.

for S7-200 you need PPI to RS-232 or USB cable but PPI is required.

To go online with S7-200 PLC you need Programing Tool PLC802 v3.1 along with PPI cable. The software is not free & needs to purchase from Siemens. Instead if you have PLC logic hardware copy, you can refer it & check the logic on 802 screen itself. Refer logic crossreference, from it find out the bit which trigers alarm 700000. Generally this could be your machine preliminary safety related switch or MPCB input .

i have Programing Tool PLC802 v3.1 and  i use USB/PPI CABLE is right?. 

i set comport baurade on my laptop and pcl 802  the same.i set pc/pg ppi802.

but it can not comunication.

note:com rs232 out at plc is male plug 9 pin,and USB/PPI CABLE the same male plug 9 pin.i have use cable female plug 9 pin connect between them it's ok

Please try by using RS232 cable & connect to X2 port of PCU with your PG/PC Rs232 port. Refer attached sheet for cable connection. After setting correct communication parameters in PCU & PG/PC, open Programing tool on PG/PC, try to establish communication & check if CPU is detected correctly. If not, check your cable or communication parameter settings.

alarm 700000=bit V16000000.0=alarm user 1.

when bit V16000000.0=1 alarm will appear.i have go to table data asign V16000000.0=0.then alarm not appear.but when i turn off machine and turn on it;s appear anymore.i check V16000000.0=1.but i can not find where this bit in program?

Hello,

It s good, now you can go on line.

From your attached pdf & description, it looks like you are checking in status/symbol table. You need to check logic in Ladder Diagram (same as electrical circuit diagram) which is just below the chart. To see the Ladder,  you can see NETWORK 2 with some elements like ALARM, MD etc. etc. Check what sets ALARM 700000 i.e. V16000000.0 bit high in ladder circuit & not in table.
