C4RL05 Posts: 26 Rating: (1)	I am using Simatic Manager v5.5+SP2, but I can not set the PLC online. I tried to reinstall the software, but it did not worked. I tried to find something about this error and all I found did not worked. I just not deleted the Siemens directory, because I have another programs and I am afraid to corrupt them. PS: 1) I tried to communicate using TCP/IP, but if I try it with the PC ADAPTER USB the error is: 33:17106 - Online: Communication link to the adapter damaged. 2) About the IP, are all correct and the USB Adapter is also ok, because some days ago I could communicate using both without problems. Aret Posts: 2348 Rating: (265)	Lets make things clear - you either use TCP/IP connection or PC USB adapter. 1) TCP/IP. Please clarify how is you PLC is connected to PG. Generally it must be CP card in PLC or some sort of adapter working on TCP (like NetLink Pro). In this case you should ensure you can ping PLC (or adapter) from your PG. 2) USB PC adapter. In this case you dont need TCP at all. You should select proper interface and speed, ensure you have USB in Local connection and generally that's шею Well, you can reinstall USB adapter driver if you didn't (you mention you've reinstalled SW, but i didn't understood which one).

C4RL05 Posts: 26 Rating: (1)	Hi, @Aret My PLC is: S7-300 - CPU 314C-2PN/DP I am trying to use TPC/IP. The point is, some time ago I was using the PLC, so, he has an IP and a program running. I can ping and find him in my network. I removed the SIMATIC Manager and all softwares, and then I installed all again, but does not worked. (The MPI connection also does not work.) @olloy I am using the wired adapter with a crossed cable, the same cable I was using some time ago. It is not possible to access using the wireless adapter. ________________________________________________ My PLC is connected with a HMI (Ethernet port) and the another Ethernet Port is connected to PC. I can communicate with the HMI without problems using WinCC, the problem is in the communication PC>PLC. All of them are in the same network.

Aret Posts: 2348 Rating: (265)	Interface is TCP/IP Auto? Try reaching PLC via TCI/IP (without Auto) and ISO. Also ensure no software blocking your communication (antivirus for example). If there was a access list on PLC it's also better to ensure your PG is allowed to communicate with PLC. Ok, you can ping PLC, can you see it via Display accessible nodes?

If I set TCP/IP (ISO) this message appears: 288:47 -There is no access to the module via the online interface set with "Setting the PG/PC Interface". For example, you can only address a module via the PROFIBUS interface if the programmable controller has access to a PROFIBUS network. And if I set TCP/IP (Auto) this message appears: 33:17088 - Online: Cannot load the selected communication driver; File not found. _____ No, I can not see the PLC in the Accessible Nodes Display.

olloy Posts: 417 Rating: (37)	Ok, try to choose ISO in "Set PG/PC Interface" window, press ok. Then go to "Edit Ethernet node" option in Menu. Click on "Browse button". If anything found in the list?
