Dear guys.

I have a problem with one Siemens simatic 6ES7 322-IBL00-0AA00, the output #39, its not working, once it have load connected, the led in the Card goes off, as soon i disconnect the load, the led goes ON, i removed the load and used a external relay to test if it was working, once i plug the coil of the relay, the output goes off, and the ligth in the relay is very dim, and the contacts in the relay are not changing the state, which means, coil not have enough power to switch them.

In order to replace the faulty card, is it possible to do hot swap ? or i need to turn everything off, and then replace the board, and then power on everything ?.

I was looking for the information on the forum but i couldnt find it.

Hi HORLL.

You are using 32 channel 24v*0.5 A output card. You can check with the input voltage of that specific card. If that is an issue that the card is faulty, you need to change it. Hot swap is not for all CPU. You need to check the specific hardware catalog.
