We dissasembled the spindle from CNC lathe.It is build-in Spindle with rotor on shaft.

Wenn we have reassembled the spindle we got an encoder error.

We think that we must synhronize the rotor with encoder.

Can anybody give me instructions about this issue.

Hello, I'm not an expertise of CNC but I know just a little of Sinamics drives.

The most interesting part of screen shot is the bottom truncated row.

Please add the fault code, the plate of the encoder.

For a little that I read of the last report row the zero mark of the motor encoder is not paired with another signal (the another signal name is in the truncated text)

Btw: the alignment procedure are generally avaiable only from service partner of Siemens

I don't know exactly the type.It is Build-in Lathe Spindlemotor.

The stator is from Siemens.
