Fault F29 in MD VC

wolfmartin Posts: 2 Rating: (1)	I've problems with a 6SE70 DC-AC Inverter. It has the fault F29 after the control voltage is switched on. The fault appears immediatly to 10 minutes after switch-on. Thekompendium says that there are measurement errors, the additional error parameter r949 has the value 3 which means errors in measuring L1 and L2. The fault is not induced by the CU (already exchanged) and when disconnecting the supply plug for the measurement transducers the error disappears, so it must be whether the electronics or the transducers itself. What can I do to point out the faulty device? wolfmartin

wolfmartin Posts: 2 Rating: (1)	Dear Droop, yes, the parameters are correct as there is an inverter with the same application and parameters already running. Meanwhile I could solve the problem by myself. It was the current transducer for the L2 phase. It is supplied with + -24V. This supply is given to each tranducer by the connected cables it the collected supply is made with a three wire cable connected to the circuit board behind the electronics box, the wires are pink, grey and .When measuring the voltages with the connected transducer the + -24Vwere 0.8V and 4.6V. When disconnecting the voltages were OK. When reconnecting the transducer first the fault F11 appeared and when acknowledging the fault F29 reappeared. In parameter 832 the currents (in L1 and L3)were shown as about 60A but the DC-link was not charged. After exchanging the ransducer (for L2)everything works fine now. hope this may help someone else

denizesigul Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Thanks your cooperate.We had the same problem F029 (r0949=2 ) and exchanced CUVC and IVI card.After I got this mail we checked 3 of current transducer and when we disconnect L3 current transducer F029 fault is gone and F011 came out.We exchanced current transformer and it is ok now.Thank you very very much

The controller measures the CT feedback when the inverter is not enabled. If it measure any voltage it means there is some problem in either the ct or the ckt processing this voltage. The fault value (r949) points towards which CT or current sensing channel is def. diwa.
