Thanks for the Valuable replay In-fact i need to access CPU Scan time and Load memory . Is there any FB or FC to Get that...?

Hi Ajay, it is not called scan-time. its called cycle-time and you will find it in the header of the OB1, like Sachinpatke already showed you. To get information about the CPU memory, you need to use SFC51 "RDSYSST"(Read System State). see the SSL-ID W#16#13 about memory areas.
