Look at Resetting the CPU in the as-delivered/ex-works status (default reset or overall reset). Or by deactivating the safety mode in the distributed safety configuration tool. More in manual: SIMATIC Industrial Software Safety Engineering in SIMATIC S7 (page 118).

To reset the CPU you know the way. (manual part 9.5). To delete program from MMC use this way: How can you delete the data on an MMC (micro memory card)? . Then open hardware configuration, select CPU and deactivate saffety.... Then save and compile. Download hardware configuration to the CPU. Finaly, I think you can use this CPU like normal, not "F".

 I am trying to delete the data on MMC but it is asking for a password I dont remember giving any password in the start.
