I don't have any experience in PLCs and automation tasks but i'm very interested in so i'm looking for a simple example to start with

Could somebody give me a simple project of Motor speed control using only CPU S7 1200 (No SINAMICS or any drive) . with the possibility to set a desired speed and change the direction of rotation as well.

PS : not a real project but a simulation of it. then i will try to build an HMI for this Motor.

1. Use one of this examples:

2. Activate the simulation, see attached screenshot.
   
3. Ignore the communication error, saying the SINAMICS is missing.

But im really looking for a sample using S7 1200 cpu and no SINAMICS or SIMOTION

then you will never find a example.

The S7-1200 is not designed to control directly the Motor, you always need a inverter between the PLC and the motor.
This can be a sinamics or a 3rd party  inverter.

A strange request... especially without context.
I think perhaps my friends are thinking too BIG.
Are you perhaps looking to simulate a system like...?

In the drawing no inputs are used.. only the HMI.
Perhaps you want sensors, drive health feedback, ++

Some more guidance would be nice (smile)

Yes William_B im just looking for a simple block who can simulate a motor and then i will use a HMI to control the rotation speed and the rotation direction from this HMI.

actually i want to know if there is any block that plays the role of a Motor because im not an electrical or control engineer so i just want to start with a simple application and then try to understand how everything works

I really need this simulation under S7 1200 CPU
