Hello Tekabi, Firstly, based on your screenshot it is normal for the manually added server package to show 'unknown' in red. (Refer the FAQ link below) There are multiple reasons for your issue. Have you selected the correct server in Wincc Explorer -> Server Data -> Right click select configure -> SSM If yes, please ensure that you have followed these steps mentioned in the below link: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/67261722 If the above procedure does not solve your issue, I think it would be advisable for you to raise a Technical Support Request Hope the above procedure helps to solve your issue. |
