Hi.... If you have replaced the encoder on the motor internal side you should aligned it...have you done the same??? Alarm 300610" Rotor identifiaction failed"..... Does the encoder what you have replaced is Incremental / Absolute? There is a procedure for aligning the encoder.When ever you replace the encoder the current should get matched if this is not matched you will find error... Hello... 1017 is startup assistance this accepts only number 1. Looks like this is not Siemens motor.... Try toget the motor data sheet of the specific motor what your using it and then enter the datas poperly i am attaching you the alarm description for the reference check it out... Hi... Inceremental encoder - referecence required when ever machine is switched OFF and ON Absolute encoder- Reference not required.
