I have a problem to get access in the SIMATIC panel, when i put the Login: ADMIN, and the password: 100 the password change when click OK and it set ******** in automatic what can i do?

i restart the panel HMI, i did an update, i try to solve with win cc flexible 2008 but doesn´t work

the simatic panel is tp 177b 6" pn/dp

the message error says 260001 you don¨t have insufficient authorization

You use the wrong Login.

Try "Administrator" and "100" or ask the guy who setup the password.

It seems that you have entered a wrong password several times.

Do you have the application software?

1. If yes, then change the password in WinCC flexible and redownload it again.
2. If not, then  follow the bellow steps and it will solve your problem

   In any case, if you can't access any passworded object, there will be the following reasons for that:

   1. May be you have activated the password aging in "Run Time and user adminstration"Menu. and may be you entered wrong password several times greater than or equal to allawable attempts to access the passworded object.
   2. May be you forgot the password and you need to change it without changing any thing in the software.

   To do it:
   

   • Upload complete backup from the TP using Prosave.
   • Create a new project using WinCC flexible with the new user adminstration settings and with empty screens. and download it on the TP.
   • Use prosave again the make a backup image for "User Management"
     You can select "User Ma\nagement" in backup mask of the prosave program.
   • Then download again the orignal image you have uploaded in the first step.
   • Then download the backup image of "user management" on the TP.
   • Now you have the same software with the new administration settings.

i think that´s not the problem because when i put USER: Administrator or administrator send a message to say invalid password or username i try to upload the proyect here if you can whatch and execute the file FDATA.FWX on the simatic folder you can see the problem in wincc flexible

I watched your recording.

You will never reach to the correct user name and password by just estimation!

If you don't know user name and passwords, then don't waste your time and define them once again. 

Back to my previous post in this thread and just follow the steps.
