Yes, the problem stated here with electrical perspective. Just to add, at reference point of Y axis we checked the readings of both measurement scales, the 2 x linear encoders reading difference is negligible while the difference between 2 x motor encoders is significant. We have changed the Y1 (master) and YG (slave) drives as well as motors. But the problem still persist. |

I suggest you to check both i.e. master & slave axis mechanics since you mentioned as motor encoder feedback value difference is significance. Please check release of brake, operation/repeatability of reference cam/limit switch, axes ball screw nut fitting on slide etc. etc. |
