Hello Bertus@NBL, Unfortunately CaOd is not right. It’s not necessary to use the Siwatool software to configure the WP231 module. You can find an example project on the internet (file: “ready_for_use_modbus.zip”): With this example project you can connect a TP700 HMI-panel directly to the WP231 module and you configure the WP231 module via the TP700. If you change the IP-address of the WP231 module, you also have to change the partner-IP-address of the HMI-panel (= IP-address of the WP231 module) into the TIA Portal software.
