dear sir

last 7 month i regularly use tia v13 software without any error in my laptop.

but today when i open tia v13 portal this error come again and again.

error name ---      the tia portal has encountered a problem and need to be close

                                 send report button             cancel button

i have uninstall the tia v 13, and then again install the software. but same problem come . what i do.

Hi Macgra,

You may have an autorun virus, or the program have been crashed.

Try to uninstall TIA and all of its components including ( .Net frame work )

Delete Siemens Folder from C:// Program files

Delete Temp files in windows and in users/appdata ( they may be hidden so you must show hidden files )

then install it again.

If your problem solved, let us know If not, try to post the diagnostic file here and try to contact Siemens Support through support request and post the diagnostic file to them.

i have delete tia portal , automation licence manager, and siemens folder from program file. but i am not found window temp file , user/app data file and .netframework. pls explain the path of that file. if delete any more file pls tell me

Hi Macgra,

You must show hidden files and folders as well as shows protected system files

The paths are here so delete all contents:

C:\Windows\Temp

C:\Users\##your user name ##\AppData\Local\Temp

You could find Net Framwork in ControlPanel/Programs and features just uninstall it as any other programs.

i have delete all file  which u have told.then when i restart my laptop ,two pop up window show on my main screen.

1. s7aregsx.dll is missing

2.  .netframework v4.0.30319 install first to run this application.

i have download both file setup. now u tell me, what i do first, install both file setup or install first tia portal v13

Those messages comes up because of simatic manager program as it is still installed, so try first to install TIA as it is your main issue now.

Dear Sir,

I am new at Tia and I had same problem in V14, too.I checked the similar topics but solutions are complicated for me. Being not sure but i applied below steps:

1-Open The Security Controller  and apply "repeat settings" it installed some registery files again.

2-Open Tia as administrator.

it worked but i could not tell you how, because i do not know the revisions.I hope it will help you.
