1214C: problem with loading

seoncdly i face a problem while loading a project it's mention "loading will not be performed because preconditions are not met!"

What shall i have to do ..

I have tried the same application on different PC. it is loaded without any issue , but once i tried upon my pc facing the same issue. no idea what to do .

there is no error during complying and application was made on 1214C (V3.0)than i change the CPU to 1211C (4.0).

check in the other computer the installed software (it is a menu of TIA) and compare it to yours.

I think that you are missing something in your software package that maybe the other computer isn't

You should check if your ethernet port is configured with a static IP address.

You should also validate you can access the PLC via the "Online access" section.

Then, you should check if there is no error in your program.

What Engineering SW do you have exactly? TIA Version?

MLFB of PLC? 6ES721...

Operating System? Anti-Virus-Scan?

i am unable to load the porgram but i already set the ip address. Lan card is set to : 192.168.0.99 and sub net : 255.255.255.0. 

The PLC : 6ES7 214-1BG31-0XB0

3rd attachment.

If i click upon flashing then it is flashing the lights upon plc.

pls look at your 3-rd attachment, there is Incompatible device on 192.168.0.1 Look at your PLC again and check that order number, or better make screenshot and post here.

pls for first answer to questions what TIA version, Service Pack, Update you have. Christoph gave you good info how to better recognize PLC type, but as I look to your Picture it looks ok, but realy don't know firmware. My answer before depended on your screens, every screen was with another problem, we don't know what you had solved between that posted attachments. On 3-rd Picture is message about incompatible device, but after that connection was established, what did you there? What was other messages rolling next what we don't see? I will be try connect PC with only PLC with direct Ethernet cable without any hub.

Solution to your case is in the description itself. Ref back to your first post. If yor getting the same error "pre conditions not met" TIA will give you the diagnostic report under the same message. 

As others have mentioned, mostly you facing following issue. 

1. TIA version is not sufficient to program the hardware you have (also means the firmware in the hardware you have) 

2. Hardware/software Compilation error. 

3. Interface parameters not correct to access the PLC. 

4. Online offline configuration mismatch. 

5. You PLC may be password protected. 

6. You antivirus is not allowing you to freely communicate with hardware.

7. Your PLC may be already programmed with a higher version or SP of TIA than what you have.

8. You are not a TIA engineer (check in control panel, user, group membership)

What ever be the case you will get the error details and diagnostics right below the error. You can figure out the remedy by that information.

A proper screen shot could have already solved the issue long back.

After all trial. finally i have reinstall my windows (OS)  and then install the software from the same source file now everything is working well. There is some thing wrong with the software (may be a bug) which developer has to look upon it. Every time no one will reinstall the windows if they need there product to be use.

I've the same problem when I upload from PLC.  It returns:

"Loading will not be performed because preconditions are not met"

If it's protected, how could I know?¿

If it isn't protected, How could I re-upload the program from PLC?¿

NOTE: After doing: Online - Upload device to PG/PC, It found the PLC but, at middle of upload process, it says that the partner interface doesn't exist.

If you need to reinstall your OS, then your OS is the problem.

There is a installation log create when you install TIA Portal.

That would be good information on what goes wrong with your previous installation.

But I suppose everything dissapeared in your OS reinstallation.

How does your WinCC / HMI problem relate to the original and old topic?

Perhaps start by compiling your HMI project. Look in detail what the compile errors are and see if these are fixable.

BR
