Hello, Perhaps How can you read out, display or set the local computer time or the coordinated world time in WinCC Runtime? best regards, Hristo Mihalev |

Entry ID:24019500 Instructions: You can set or read the system time with the following functions:
A distinction is made in the system between the local computer time and Greenwich Mean Time. The "SetSystemTime / GetSystemTime" functions can be used to set or read Greenwich Mean Time. The following examples show how the local computer time is read or set in WinCC: Example:

The time-of-day parameters for setting the time can be specified via internal WinCC variables, e.g. via IO fields in the process image A simple vbs method: http://motevich.blogspot.com/2007/10/qtp-set-get-system-time-date.html |

to give you a clue, this should be possible: put/read PLC time in an internal/external tag of WinCC, put & adjust your script from the button in a global script triggered by an action (internal value = 12) |
