External tag - problem

Hello again

I've got an extenal tag which I collect from a PLC via TCP/IP. But this tag doesn't show the real value - it shows '0'. I've got other tags on this channel, and those values show the true value, but this one doens't. The strange thing about it is that it did before (which shows that the configuration is OK), but now not anymore...

Can anyone help me, please?

Yes, all those things are configured like they should be. But I think it's a problem in one of my scripts...

How can I evaluate the quality code?

It depends from your WinCC Version.

If you use WinCC v6 or WinCC V7.0 move you mouse in the tag management on the Tag from what you want to see she quality code.

If you use WinCC V7.2 or WinCC V7.3 open the Configuration Studio for tag management.

Open Configuration Studio from tag management. Move mouse on line with name and add the column for the value and quality code.

Ok, I checked the quality code of the tag, and this seems to bee ok. But it stil doesn't do what it should do.

The tag is conected to an engine on the production line. It's the main engine on the line, and it doensn't change much. But it's strange that the value in the tag is 0, because the line is working, so the engine is running...

Is there any other way to check what the problem is? I already checked the scripts that I'm using, and there's no error in it...
