Hello, actually I can't imagine, that dongle should be plugged in during installation. Maybe your dongle has got a problem. Did you use it already somewhere else, or do you have a possibility to test it on another computer. What type of PC you have? Maybe it is a problem of its USB interface. I think the best way in this case will be to contact Siemens Customer Support. Good luck Bizur Just found an FAQ concerning Authorization and Licences, maybe it can help you, too. |

Here is the screen shot of ALM window. Dongle is still in PC, like before, when ALM was also OK. WinCC RT was green, licensed. Best regards!
