Hello Victoria; The recommended installation procedure is to start with Step 7, then install WinCC on your PC. But here is a document that shows how you can manually install the missing components in your project: Instructions If WinCC has been installed before STEP 7 … then you must manually install the AS-OS Engineering and Object Manager components. Procedure as from WinCC V7: Start the WinCC Setup. Select the Runtime Setup in Expert Mode (User-defined Installation > WinCC Expert > WinCC Runtime). For the components to be installed you select AS-OS Engineering and Object Manager. Then it is possible to insert an existing WinCC project into the SIMATIC Manager

Hello Victoria99 After installing Step 7, you can rerun the installation of WinCC without deinstalation and add missing components, although both said dchartier better first install Step 7 |

Dear all, I have the same problem, I don't see Object Manager in the installation list of my WinCC Setup. I installed the WinCC 7.0 SP3, and then Wincc V7 SP3 Update 1 over that, and afterwards I installed Step 7 V5.4 SP4. From other threads in this forum I figured out that AS/OS engineering is what I need, and Object Manager also. I have installed AS-OS, but there is no Object manager, neither on the setup for WCC 7, nor the WCC 7Update 1. I am sending screen shots of both my installation options (regular Wcc7 and Wcc7Update1) where you can see what I am talking about. Any solutions?
