Hichrystbow, try this, 1.configure web navigator-assign your IP adress 2.publish your Web page,symbols.... in Web publisher 3.Give user authorisation for web user 4.Internet Explore Browser settings (example: enable acive X controls....etc ) (or)Easiest Way you can use Web navigator Client Software RT Viewer. 5.Open RT Viewer Give user name & password.it will works. Tq for help. I opened my automation license manager, there are errors (see attachment). do these error cause web navigator didn't work properly? |

Yep it could be the reason, the little "X" mark on your license means that its corrupt. You should follow this threat in order to recover your license. http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/37411925 |

if you can open the webnavigator on the local machine I would take a look at you firewall settings they could be stopping the remote from connecting |
