1215C analog output problem

ralokaop Posts: 16 Rating: (1)	Hello, I have a s7-1200 1215C AC/DC/RLY plc. The plc has 2 AO (Analog Output) 0f (0-20mA). But I have to Use 0-10V analog output. So, is to possible to use those analog current output as voltage output. If not. How can I get 0-10V analog output.

Towome Platinum Expert Joined: 7/9/2015 Last visit: 12/17/2025 Posts: 4493 Rating: (644)	Hi, PLC 1215C AC/DC/RLY has only Outputs for 0..20mA so you will need i.E. Modul AQ 2x14Bit - there you can use analog output type votage with range +/-10V. Regards, Towome

mopS04 Posts: 5521 Rating: (1058)	hi ralokaop, the intenal analog output is just for current 0..20mA. For 0..10V output, you need to install a signal module like: 6ES7232-4HD32-0XB0 Analog Output SM 1232, 4AO hope this helps, regards,

You may need a zero offset in case the output is slightly off at 0mA.
