I have an issue of communication Between QuadLog CCMx controller and another device modcom (FESTO CO 950).

This is the error message :

Error Code: 05 Loss communication on serial port 1.

To let you know the connection between them is RS232, ModBus.

Split from ACM errors and fault.

That happens sometimes that the communication drops out on port 1 when there are a lot of error messages in the ProSafe-PLC or Quadlog system. Those error messages are broadcasted on the Serial Port 1 under the CCM.

These diagnostic messages or error messages can not be turned off on Port 1. What you need to do is move the communication to Port 2. Don't forget to reprogram that in the 4-mation logic.
