Well, Looks like your Load is having high inertia In this kind of condition, whenever you try to stop Motor within defined ramp down time, your Load pulls motor and thus it works as a generator and gives Power back to the drive which ultimately going back and increase DC bus voltage result in to F002 What to do? Simple Solution is use of Breaking Resistor. What it will do? It will dissipate this extra energy received from Motor and nullify extra voltage in DC buse. Dissipation to the Resistor is control by Inbuilt chopper in MM440 So I suggest you to go for appropriate DBR to solve your Problem How to select Breaking resistor? Please have a Look at following FAQ How do I find the correct braking resistor for my application with MM4 or SINAMICS G120 inverter? Have a good day Regards Devesh Vithani |
