The problem seems to be easy , but I can not solve it , so I ask you for help . I want to know how to combine them . Is it enough to set the address of the two devices like:
driver: 192.168.0.1
panel: 192.168.0.2
Should I do anything else?

I wrote the program and the logo08 screen appears as it should. While TDE is still in Offline mode. Sorry for my English.

I do not know whether to help, but when I press Logo settings TDEmainmenu-> Network -> IP Address, on the screen appear "Failed to submit"
