Communication problem over TCP/ IP (PC to siemens camera MV420)

All4here Posts: 30 Rating: (0)	hello every one. i am trying to communicate to siemens camera MV420. these are the settings camera : ip 192.168.0.3 subnet: 255.255.255.0 computer: ip 192.168.0.3 subnet: 255.255.255.0 when i ping the camera it give a responce.but when i open the internet explorer and write the camera ip...when setting is open but they said no tcp ip connection. so i get the tcp ip connection error. i also set the tcp as triger to this camera and also set the tcp for receving the responce string from the camera.but i don't what i need to do more to fix this problem. please guide me thank you

You'll have to change one IPwithin the last byte(eg 192.168.0.4) Changing one of the others (eg 192.168.1.3) will get device into a different subnet, which can't work either. (Assuming there's not a router in between)

Rated X Posts: 1547 Rating: (129)	Ok, so could you double check: - Primary Setup Tool, search and check whether the IP matching the camera. - Try a different browser. - You'll need Java for some functions, however the first sceen has to show up in any case.
