Online: Requirements: The module in the station whose firmware is to be updated must have firmware version V2.6.1 or higher and be accessible online." Since my CPU is v2.0.5 I'm wondering if I have to update it to v2.6.1 or firmware update is posible only via memory card or update is not possible at all. Thank you

Since this version of the CPU is not listed in the HW catalog of the TIA portal v11 but I can download my program with it and so far it works, is it correct to leave it like this or I should make my program in Step 7 manager with the correct version of the CPU. Thank you for your quick responses

(But you can not use the new functions of the new Firmware) Personally, I would upgrade the Firmware. (But I guess you do not have the desired MMC) Another possibility would be to use Step 7 V5.5 Best regards, Wizard
