Kamillas Posts: 14 Rating: (0)	Hi MBA, The Sinumerik 810D Powerline that we have is a new system. We bought it 7 years ago and didnt use it till now. We are replacing an old CNC system with this new one. This is a milling application. I haveStep 7 Manager V5.5 I didn't get any CD along with the 810D System. But I have a CD namedShopMill 6.xfrom another machineWith three main folders in it. 1. nc_sW 2.sw_6_3 3.sw_6_4 Inside nc_sw there is one particular file mentioned below. \nc_sw\810de\ccu3e\06052600\ccu3e.abb In other two folders(sw_6_3 and sw_6_4) there are softwares which says Toolbox for Step7 V5.2. I installedToolbox for Step7 V5.2 and I am able to communicate with my PLC. I am able to upload and download programs to it. But the HMI shows Alarm "2001 PLC has not started up". There is also a file named "\sw_6_4\plc_toolbox\8x0D_JobShop\BSP_PROG\machine.zip" in the CD which has some FB,FC and DBs. I copied all the FCs,FBs, DBs, Symbols in the project that I uploaded from the PLC and then I downloaded the whole package. But the PLC went to stop mode. Is ther any default startup programs that should be loaded into the PLC and NC?

This is the HMI Version not NC what do you want to install ? Maschine with shopmill or without. you must have a pcmcia card that plugs into the CCU, on this card is the NC Software the PLC BaseProgramm ( PLC TOOLBOX) That you use must match the NC Version on the pcmcia card. if you have install the Hardware Read the Manual an follow the steps for Startup https://www.automation.siemens.com/doconweb/content.asp?item=4746&cd=sinumerik_simodrive_04_2010_e&scope=all

Press Menu Select button in Operator panel Goto Diagnosis sofkey After this goto Service Display Softkey press this you will find on the right handside Version softkey Press this you will find NC Once you press NC on the top it self you will find the version for ex:06.05.37 What base program are you looking for? could you clearly provide the details.
