Hi dear U_65f 1st tell me that do you restore Machine backup or which procedure you removed alrams, if restore machine backup than do you clear PLC and NC Properly? and Plz tell me make or type of Turret and no of tools Alram no 510100 and alram no 510118 are related to turret hardware (mchanically problem) If Your turret is sample than check that motor movement if not then check the cables connection and power signal.if ok then you check phsically with out power that turret are properly locked.(clamped) may be it is unlocked ,if properply lock and positioned , After that you call tool no 01 (any) but not same come than you need to set 1st sequance of tools position therefor for this you need to check motor working condition is fine.if ok then check the tool turret position that turret properly unlock (unclamped) if not than check sensor or Limit switch position (Unclamped position) if you think that turret switches ok or not proper unclamped then check solenoid value.if ok and you feel it stop before clamp (lock) position then you need to phesically (mechanically) adjustment. Same procedure for clamped Problem. also a sensor is used for clamped position.Check it position hope full if turret is sample not a magzine then it give good help with best hope Rana Ali |
