For your question if you want to set or get the tag value

If you want to get a specific bit in the tag then you can do the following

0x1 for Bit 0

0x2 for Bit 1

0x4 for Bit 2

0x8 for Bit 3

0x10 for Bit 4

0x20 for Bit 5

0x40 for Bit 6

0x80 for Bit 7

0x100 for Bit 8 etc.
