I have one spare channel in AI module(6ES7331-7KF02-0AB0). it is already configured in RIO panel and configures in TDC with one NOP block(which is 16bit word). I want to convert this word to analog as I have connected pressure transducer(4to20mA & 0-400bar) in this AI channel. please sugggest how to convert this value to actual analog value. what are the required block and process?

Use I_R, then DIV and MUL FB's. Divide by 27648, multiply by 400.

 Sir I cant understant. Please describe  after I_R what should I do. Multiply or devide.

No matter what do you do first: divide or multiply, the result will be the same.

 Sir I had tried but the value is not showing real. 

Here some other technique was done i.e. First W_BY and then again BY_W with its high and low byte interchanged and after that A_IN used. In this logic value is actual. Also want to know why used high to low and low to high.

There is different byte order for digital and analog modules in ET-station.

The value you have at NOP-FB is WORD (Integer) type. First you need to swap bytes of this value (W_BY then BY_W). After that convert Integer to Real (I_R), then DIV by 27648 and MUL by 400.

 Sir I just want to know why swapping is must for this? 

Also if I want to take feedback of temperature switch which range is -30 to +150 so what are the required block. And after DIV by 27648 what output should use quotient of remainder?
