I will answer this question here as it is completely different to the one nobody else is answering.
These two statement contradict each other - clearly ALL is not fine. Investigate the motor, "megger", test phase resistance etc (3kW induction motor windings should be measurable with a multimeter and will probably not exceed 1 or 2 ohms with a reasonably short cable attached) Whilst motor is disconnected, run the drive in V/F and measure output voltage to confirm there are no ground faults etc. But then again, is this just a Red Herring and is this the result of you changing your drive from a v2.2 to a v2.1 (as per thisPOST) and the drive just not working as it should (I think one common post would have been more productive) Regards, Graeme

Dear tcangar, I check the resistance of coils and ground as well. all are fine. And also change these parameters which you mentione but it didnot effect. Now after changing these parameters i faced new problem i cannot download the program form RAM to EPROM of the drive. With BOP i try to change some parameters but i could'nt. What is the reason of this issue? I try to reset the drive on its factory setting but i couldn't. I waiting for your prompt reply |

Dear Graeme, I check motor with the megger it i fine. But the problem is lilltle bit different now. I check in the drive name plate the drive version is 2.2 and in the starter program when i download my backup copy to drive it shows version 2.1. It could be the reason? and Another below reply of another member i try his suggustion and change these 2 parameters after that when i try to download the parameters from RAM to EPROM it shows an error load failure. I cannot download parameters from RAM to EPROM. What could be the reason? |
