Which nodes did you put terminate resistors OFF/ON?

 at NODE- 3 and NODE-51 ON rest of them are at OFF.

I am Getting issue in Node 3, 31(now 32) & 41 ,

Basically we have Panels with IM no. as mentioned below:

Panel No 1 = CPU , IM = 4 ( Profibus Terminator =OFF)

Panel No 2 = IM =11, Ventilinsel 8640 = 13, Ventilinsel 8640 = 14 ( Profibus Terminator =OFF)

Panel No 3 = IM =21, Ventilinsel 8640 = 23, Ventilinsel 8640 = 24 ( Profibus Terminator =OFF)

Panel No 4 = IM =41, Ventilinsel 8640 = 43 ( Profibus Terminator =OFF)

Panel No 5 = IM =31(Now 32), Ventilinsel 8640 = 33, Ventilinsel 8640 = 34  ( Profibus Terminator =OFF)

Panel No 6 = IM =3 ( Profibus Terminator =ON)

Panel No 7 = IM =51 ( Profibus Terminator =ON)

I would try this:

try to switch on the resistor on the other PB-connectors between node 31 and node3. See what happens.

When you switch off the resistor on node 3, do you have an error? which kind of error?

Have you tried to use a smaller baud-rate?

Measure if you have a compensating current on the shield of the PB-cable.

Have you tried to turn everything off and on again after changing PB-No. of Node 31?

I have tried this as well.I got bus fault blinking at Node=3

WHen I switch off the Profibus Terminator OFF at Node =3 , It shows working fine but at NODE=31(now 32) & Node=41 starts giving bus fault blinking , and sometimes even NOde =3 also shows bus fault .

Yes I tried the smaller baud rate as well, but no sucess.

Yes I tried that too. still no success.

what can be the issue??  , m not getting undersatnd as we have tried almost evrything but still no sucess.

BF blinking normally means configuration or parameter failure.

I would try delete and to configurate the related nodes new.

Did you detected another leds On on the time BF occurred?

The issue started on the time when you changed 31 to 32 name?

NO Other LED ON when it occurs.

No , when the issue started then I changed the address from  31 to 32 just to avoid address conflicts( if any )

I tried to configurate again with the related node but still no sucess. same issue still persist.

 I/O access read write error.
