Hi Application-Metal Pouring in Moulding. PLC-CPU 1214C. DRIVE-YASKAWA SIGMA II SERIES SERVO DRIVE. I need technical help for servo motor controlling by PWM/PTO. In this process Controlling the metal pouringby using Joy stick (0-10v output).Servo motor connected with plunger rod.during the process operator using the joy stick for pouring plunger rod up/down and metal falling in the mould. The joy stick output voltage increased and decreased by operator. servo motor rotating Forward time plunder rod up & rotating Reverse time plunger rod down. Joy stick voltage varied according to the required flow of pouring metal. drive detail: ac I/p-3ph 230v 50hz 12A ac o/p- 0-220v 0-300hz 18.5A 2kw. motor detail: amps-16.7,watts-1800w,volt-200v,speed 1500r/min. please give solution for this servo motor control.
