After replacing battery have you reload NC, PLC back up?

Please clear NC, PLC first & reload NC & then PLC back up correctly.

Please refer attached file. For restoring please refer file NC_PLC back up page 4 point no 17.

i did as you guide.reset old data and install new backup nc plc data but now new erro shows,

1.2120: nck fan allarm

2. 120201:communication failure

3. 2000:plc sign of life monitoring

4. 2001:plc has not started up

5. 380001:profibus-dp:startup error:reason 1002 parameter

6. 120021:pcu fan monitoring housing fan 1

no sir,

now another backup data download to nc and plc.

now emergency  stop 3000

and y1 and A axis hardware active encoder error shows.

Whenever you post any alarm or fault, please provide detail information like fault number, fault code & text description displayed on screen or best way attach screen shot or snap of it. It will help forum members to analyse the problem.

Please check the cable of encoder. But since you mentioned you loaded another back up, I suggest you to check the motor existing encoder data & compare it with encoder data loaded in system. May be mismatch causes alarm/fault. Check y1 & A axes MD30200, 30210, 30220, 30230, 30240, 30242, 30244 etc. etc.
