MICROMASTER 440 displays alarm A0501

buuuzek Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hello, This is my first post I have the problem from MICROMASTER 440. before everything was ok MICROMASTER displays alarm A0501 per second. I done: - swapping MICROMASTER - NOK - swapping of braking resistor - NOK - I checked the cables PROFIBUS -NOK - I checked the brake rectifier SEW Eurodrivemotoreduktor -NOK What else can we check? please help me

Vithani Platinum Expert Joined: 7/8/2009 Last visit: 6/7/2025 Posts: 1977 Rating: (479)	A501 means your Load is too much that it reaches overload Limit Value The best way is, check output cable and Motor with meger, and then if everything is OK, try to run Motor on NO Load and see if you still getting Alarm. If not, then you are having problem in Load side regards Devesh Vithani
