I have a Project in PCS7 v5.2

I want to upgrade my Project To PCS7 V 7.1

For this job I do this:

1- Install Wincc V6 On the Other PC and Migration Wincc Project (V 5.1 To V 6)

 2-Install PCS7 V7.1 on the other PC

3-Open Project Migrated via Simatic Manager

Show this massage:

The Project Name Includes Wincc elements from an earlier Version Befor V6.2.An Automatic Migration will take place when you open a project.

the wincc object cannot be migrated to version v6, since the sybase 7 database is no longer installed

By pressing Yes , open Simatic Manager but Does not exist OS On the PC-Station 

What should be done to fix this problem

I think it is not possible to update PCS 7 V5.2 to V7.1 directly.

But I'm not sure if the described way is correct for PCS 7 projects.
