I'm having the same problem, in statistics appears:

Email sent= 0

Sending email failed=62

I don't know what's wrong, because in email there is no problem.

What can I do to receive the emails?? I attach the screenshots.

Split from Trying to update the firmware for CMR2020.

You need te set the correct account credentials of the provider (gmail) to be able to sent, in this case the e-mail adress.

The email adress is writen in my configuration, I just delete in the attached picture to not publish it.

Maybe the wrong configuration is in the secure settings of the gmail account. 

Do you know how to solve this?

PS: I have just active the SMS info from the CMR and I have receive this:

WARN Sending e-mail failed.

Last reply from server 0.

Internal error identifier: 6.

Number of attempts: 1

I hits me now you use gmail.com, normal Gmail don't allow using a "less safe" cliënt.

I don't know whats wrong. I allow the access to less safe applications, but the problem stils and I don't receive the emails. 

Have you really receive them? I don't know what more can I do...

Just to know... when you attach the current process image, could you see the real values of (for example) 32 counters?I know that you can get the value of one counter by VM with the SMS, but I need to see 32 counters at the same SMS/email.

IS IT POSSIBLE?
