LOGO and Danfoss FC202 Aquadrive

Robijn Regular Member Joined: 11/15/2019 Last visit: 2/25/2021 Posts: 18 Rating: (0)	Dear, I recently started with LOGO programming and after a few simple projects that I have now mastered with your help, I was awarded a new project with a pump closed loop with a pressure transmitter and a frequency regulator. First we looked at the possibility of using a G120C Siemens controller just like with an ET200SP. This is only controlled and read with a UTP cable, which seemed impossible to me in combination with a LOGO. Then we wanted to use a danfoss FC2020 Aquadrive. This of course has analog and digital inputs. Now my question was actually how it has to be connected and whether it is possible to control it from a KTP400 HMI (so change the frequency) and read it out. I have no idea where to start. I'm using a LOGO.8.2 FS4 Kind regards, Robin

ixo65 Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 12/18/2014 Last visit: 2/25/2021 Posts: 21458 Rating: (2365)	If this Danfoss converter has analog and digital inputs, it is possible to send setpoints and switching commands to the converter via the HMI using the LOGO! to hand over. But I cannot tell you what you have to parameterize yourself with the converter.

It's not a Siemens product. When programming the LOGO! and I can help you with the KTP400 if you write exactly what you want.

First, the controller has one digital output (14K1 for ON/OFF) and two digital inputs (VFD01_running & VFD01_fault for the statuse). I can easily control and receive these. But then the analog input (the analog output has already expired, I just heard). The speed of the pump connected to the controller must be adjustable from 0 to 100% (4-20ma), from the HMI. So the main question is how can I send an analog value from 0-100 from my LOGO to my analog input of the controller. Kind regards, Robin Attachment E-schema frequentieregelaar.png (38 Downloads)
