Dear norikafu , You can use one counter for counting pulses and use on delay timer for checking the pulses gap. Then by using the outputs of the two you can get the alarm output. Regards, |

I use I2 and M1 just for simulation purpose to handle when/how the system starts.
See the manual of LOGO! Programming or see on the help on your logo soft. When nothing is connected on this block, it will be treated as high (1).
From where you manually reset alrm? from the input?

Hello norikafu, Well in that case you can modify the previous example a little bit to meet your requirement. Note that this forum is for to help you not to do it for you. I mean you have to try a little bit and come up with specific question. Let go back to your question, if you want to get alarm if the second pulse appear after 30 seconds then you don’t need the counter. I have replaced the counter by latching relay (to save memory). I have made the program just for example purpose only and I hope you will make it further short and implement safety and circuit standards before you download to the machine. Hello norikafu, You can use NAND(Edge) block, if you need the pulses gap (30sec) between Negative Edge of Pulse 1 and Positive Edge of Pulse 2. TIP -01: If you have plan to use this specific system (function) in multiple times for example: Let say you have 3 solenoid valve to be controlled by single LOGO PLC and you need to get separate alarm for each solenoid valve from Q1, Q2, Q3 from pulse input I4, I5, I6. Then you can create your own block (function) called UDF (User Defined Function) and call a number of times, but this feature is available only on LOGO OBA7. TIP -02: If your input pulse speed is very high, you should use high speed inputs max 5 KHz (For OBA6, 12/24VDC I3, I4, I5 and I6) .... See LOGO manual. Regards, |
