 Can you explain the diagram and how you want it to work. Step by step. Because I can't understand from the drawing, how exactly you need the program to be worked out. I am not an expert, but can give it a try. But I want you also to explain things so we learn together.

It's very hard to solve your question because no information there, but i will try to think how it must to work.

there are 2 inputs: I1 - Flush request ; I2- Chamber position

and 2 outputs: Q1- flush; Q2 - change chamber

so i think like that then trigered flush request you need flush chamber and after that change chamber, and then again flush signal trigerred and after flush change chamber back are i'm right?

If yes i have do like this then no Q2 is triggered then must be I2 triggered (Chamber position like closed) after flush end i will trigger Q2 and then status of I2 must change (Chamber position like opened )  and wait for another flush signal.
