Hi

I have need to control an Induction Heater between 4KHz and 8KHz analog inputs and digital outputs with Logo. How do I get this done. Can any attachment modules help.

Split from PWM output frequency of transistor outputs of LOGO.

That will not work with LOGO PLC.

You can try S7-1200 serie or a LOGO PLC plus a siemens building automation module like TX38 , This will take a 0-10Volt to PWM but 8Khz is still very high.

Maybe the heater has its own power module with other control functions.

Thanks Peterako. The heater is an Induction Heater with Resistive, Inductive and Capacitive load to be heated in the medium frequency range beacuse of stirring forces. Heater is my design so I can scale down to lower medium frequency range say 3Khz to 6Khz. The PLC will swith the trigger pulses to the gates of the Single Phase Inverter through a gate drive module that will amplify the voltage pulses. Warm Regards.
