S7-1200 to Webserver Communication via XML

leiste2003 Member Joined: 1/23/2015 Last visit: 1/23/2015 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Dear all, I am in the middle of a project and need some help, since I have no idea where to start. My hardware is as follow: 1x S7-1200 1x Network device having a webserver installed The webserver device does not support UDP, Modbus etc. What I need to do is: 1) open an HTTP communication from the PLC to the Webserver 2) sending an URL request to receive an XML file 3) receiving that XML file 4) analyzing the XML data and store the data in a DB What I have is: no clue where to start.... I was able to find a possible solution for CoDeSys controllers using OSCAT libraries. My question is: Can I get this solved using an S7-1200? As for now, I have no idea, where to start I would appreciate any kind of help.....THX I do not expect others to do my work just an idea where to start and how to read and parse the XML on the S7-1200, since I was unable to find anything so far. Thanks a lot....

Hyeon Regular Member Joined: 8/2/2010 Last visit: 12/17/2015 Posts: 25 Rating: (1)	Hi, Dear, That`s terrible because of your problem should be too serious to get some kind of soultion that it is not easy to get used to find out unless keeping going the other company related to S7-1200 of communication network relevant HTTP to require to verify and clarify for you even though you don`t have any ideawhen itcomes to difficult networks toresolve thetroubles befor thought that now matter how you are really busy due to the anotherproblems to occur because of there are a lot of trouble even if it is not okay in case you mustbe prepared any solution sothatI think as fas as you know, you can take a look at the documents related to s7-1200 devics that is able to modify and in order to resolve the each problems that is why you are convient your mind. I want you to have great mind, On the other hand this is great opportunity time that`s because you can keep track of the best way inspite of you don`t have any time instead of have a time due to your co-worker. Good luck! If I would kindly let you know, you would be much apprecited for you that I am sorry to hear that if I get a chance to have some kind of soultion to resolve I will let you know inspite of I don`t have enough time due to really busy in case you might be looking for the best way .
