Simulation not same result as running LOGO

Could someone give me some advice perhaps on a LOGO 24CE? When i write the program and simulate in LOGO SOFT it works fine but when i upload it changes the scale/values on my TEXT MESSAGE display.

I have an analog input and PI that is set so that a counter increases and decreases the setpoint value. this counter value is then displayed on the screen text as SETPOINT. It simulates perfectly but jumps to 65870 when running on LOGO Unit.
